This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) on which you may make use of our “7ML” application for mobile devices (the “App”).
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you download, install or use the App. By downloading, installing or using the App, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them.
Your download, installation or use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use which takes effect on the date on which you download, install or use the App. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should cease downloading, installing or using the App immediately.
2.1. These terms and conditions are subject to occasional changes and apply to all our services that are directly or indirectly provided (i.e. via third parties) via the internet, on mobile devices, by email or by telephone.
2.2. By using 7ML Application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, including the use of cookies if any.
3.1. Users have the option of joining 7ML application and creating a user account within 7ML registration Area. Users who register can actively participate in the platform.
3.2. In order to create the account users are being asked to provide personal information. Despite from the Users name, no personal information is made visible to other without a previous request from the other party For further information please check our privacy policy. By deleting the account any and all of the User’s data will be permanently removed.
3.3. A user cannot register multiple times. The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their personal information.
3.4. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their user account information, in particular their password. They are also responsible for the use of their account with regard to 7ML and third parties. The user should not divulge this data to the use by third parties.
3.5. In the event of unauthorized use of 7ML services using the wrong username and password, the registered user must notify to 7ML immediately by sending an email to admin@7mlapp.com
8.1. We make no warranty that your access to the App will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. In addition, we may occasionally need to carry out repairs, maintenance or introduce new facilities and functions.
8.2. Access to the App may be suspended or withdrawn to or from you personally or all users temporarily or permanently at any time and without notice. We may also impose restrictions on the length and manner of usage of any part of the App for any reason. If we impose restrictions on you personally, you must not attempt to use the App under any other name or user or on any other mobile device.
8.3. We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with all hardware and software which you may use. We shall not be liable for damage to, or viruses or other code that may affect, any equipment (including but not limited to your mobile device), software, data or other property as a result of your download, installation, access to or use of the App or your obtaining any material from, or as a result of using, the App. We shall also not be liable for the actions of third parties.
8.4. We may change or update the App and anything described in it without notice to you. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the App, or close it indefinitely.
8.5. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that information and materials on the App are correct, no warranty or representation, express or implied, is given that they are complete,accurate, up-to-date, fit for a particular purpose and, to the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions. This shall not affect any obligation which we may have under any contract that we may have with you to provide you with products.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms of Use, all warranties and conditions, whether expressed or implied by statute, common law or otherwise are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law. These Terms of Use were most recently updated on August 1, 2021.
